On 25 July, several of our OnLocation servers experienced a brief outage.

Customers with accounts on these servers may have had limited OnLocation service.

During the outage, an AWS resource encountered an unexpected depletion of credits resulting in temporary service disruptions for some of our offerings. Our team addressed the issue and successfully restored the affected services to normal operation.
